This one was a direct request and I needed to make sure the space under the bridge could reasonably fit a variety of models. I really love the aesthetic of a bridged house and I imagine the purpose is a bit of opulence. Many are designed to allow access to a courtyard to stables or a garage.
My test players immediately fought over it the first time it was on the battlefield.
I continue to design things to limit supports and try to find ways to remove plastic whenever possible which is why the first floor bridge area is hollow.
