Terms & Conditions – Personal Use License

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the digital products (“Product” or “Products”) provided by AlexisProjects (“Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any of our digital Products, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for your personal, individual use only.

You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Product. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Product remain the exclusive property of the Seller.

2. Permitted Use

Under this Personal Use License, you may:

  • Download and use the Product on your personal device(s).
  • Use the Product for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

  • Resell, redistribute, repackage, share, give away, or transfer the Product to any third party.
  • Upload or post the Product online, whether for free or for sale.
  • Use the Product for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to client work, business use, or marketing.
  • Create derivative works, modified versions, or altered copies based on the Product.
  • Claim the Product as your own.
  • Circumvent or remove any copyright information or notices.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these Terms and infringes on the Seller’s intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All Products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Seller retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Products.

Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership. It grants you only the limited license described in Section 1.

5. License Non-Transferability

The license granted to you is strictly personal. You may not:

  • Transfer the license to another individual or entity.
  • Allow others to use, access, or download the Product using your purchase.
  • Share the Product with friends, family, coworkers, or anyone else.

6. Termination of License

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate any part of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product and delete all copies from your devices.

No refund will be provided for terminated licenses.

7. No Warranties

All Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Products will be compatible with your device, software, or intended use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or downloading our Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
